REGISTRATION POLICY

In order to plan our coaching requirements for each term, the R.G.A. operates the following registration policy.

The week after each half term break, re-registration reminders will be set out by email to those that have subscribed. This then gives parents half a term to register their child in the class that they wish to reserve.

Parents may choose to change classes for their child at this time should they wish to do so. This does give flexibility for changing circumstances i.e. change of schools etc.

It will be assumed that children who have not re-registered no longer wish to continue. The Club will then open up all unreserved places to those on the waiting list.

Please ensure you book in before the booking deadline to avoid disappointment.

To add a new pupil to the waiting list please go to the online registration. Please consider very carefully whether your child would like to accept the place as we cannot make refunds once the place on the register has been allocated.

Will all parents registering children for classes please read the additional notes for parents below and the welcome brochure that you can find here.

Notes for parents

SAFETY CODE

Parents: Please ensure that long hair is tied back neatly and that any jewellery is removed before attending training. Any form of Body Piercing could invalidate your insurance.
PARENTS WHO STAY TO WATCH THE BEGINNER CLASSES ARE REQUESTED TO USE THE CAFETERIA AND TO KEEP ALL YOUNG CHILDREN UNDER CONTROL AND QUIET. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO TEACH A CLASS WITH EXCESSIVE NOISE COMING FROM THE WAITING AREA. PLEASE HELP THE COACHING STAFF IN THIS MATTER.

Our rules are minimal and designed for the maximum safety of your child and the other children in their class. Please help us to keep our excellent safety record.
